  This week marked the closing of LeBron James’ third residence in Los Angeles, a 13,000-square-foot estate in Beverly Hills. He paid $36.75 million, which was marginally less than the $39 million asking price.     Constructed during the 1930s, the estate previously held the property. Lee Phillip Bell, who passed away earlier this year, gained widespread recognition for his collaboration with the late William Bell on the serial operas The Bold and the Beautiful and The Young and the Restless.
