A classic Mexican salsa made with fresh

 


Toss diced tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt together for a refreshing and delicious topping.  Perfect for adding a pop of flavor to tacos, nachos, or as a dip with tortilla chips.

ingredients:

  4 ripe tomatoes, finely chopped

  1 large onion, finely chopped

  2 jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped

  1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped

  Juice of 2 lemons

  Salt to taste

directione:

  In a medium-sized bowl, mix tomatoes, onions,

  Jalapeno and coriander.

  Squeeze lemon juice over the mixture, then sprinkle it with salt.

  Stir well to combine all ingredients.

  Let the pico de gallo sit for about 10 minutes beforehand

  Allowing the flavors to meld together.

  It can be served as a topping for tacos, grilled meats, or as a dip with tortilla chips.
