Let's make a delectable apple cranberry pie! 



Ingredients:

- 1 sheet puff pastry

- 6-8 medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced

- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries

- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)


Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Unroll the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.

3. In a large bowl, combine the apples, cranberries, brown sugar, granulated sugar, 

cinnamon, and nutmeg.

4. Transfer the fruit mixture to the puff pastry sheet, leaving a 1-inch border around 

the edges.

5. Sprinkle the walnuts over the fruit mixture, if desired.

6. Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling, pressing to seal.

7. Brush the top of the pastry with water.

8. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is 

bubbling.
